Freer provides ongoing client support for meeting the requirements of the ISGP and the PSCAA. Our support includes both fieldwork and desktop work. In the field, we collect stormwater discharge samples and take them to an accredited laboratory for analysis. We also conduct monthly inspections of the client’s facility, as required by the ISGP, to ensure that the client is properly implementing best management practices (BMPs). We evaluate stormwater sample lab results to determine if corrective actions are needed and assist the client with implementing corrective actions. We provide quarterly reports of stormwater analysis results to the Department of Ecology as required by the ISGP. We ensure that required documentation, such as the client’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is kept up to date. When contact with the Department of Ecology is necessary, we act as a liaison with the Department for the client. Freer also works with the client to provide a required annual air emissions report to the PSCAA and advises the client if further air permitting is needed.
