Design, implementation, and support of an integrated quality and environmental management system that meets the requirements of the ISO standards 9001 (quality management systems) and 14001 (environmental management systems) for a maritime services company. Freer and the client identified the client’s business processes, e.g., contracts, purchasing, maintenance of vessels, environmental programs, etc. and created procedures for those processes that defined each step of the process.  These procedures allowed the company to identify opportunities for quality and environmental management improvements. The client received ISO certification, and Freer continues to support the client’s management system to maintain the client’s certification.
