Freer was engaged by the client, Grimmway Farms, to conduct a Phase I ESA of a parcel of agricultural land prior to the client’s purchase of the land. In accordance with the professional standard for ESAs (ASTM-E1527), Freer performed the necessary record searches, interviews, and site visits to determine any previous environmental damage to or any ongoing risks of environmental damage at the property. No damage or risks were found and the sale proceeded successfully.
